I am strongly opposed to this proposed regulation.  You must allow private adoption agencies to not  go against their consciences in this matter.  Ultimately, if this goes through, faith- based agencies who place children in families will be forced to close down rather than violate their consciences.  Who will this ultimately hurt?  The children.  Please don't let children be the victims of a political agenda.
