To whom this may concern:

I write to support the return of open lawful carry in VA state parks.

There is no reason that the lawful exercise- a right generally recognized throughout VA- should not also be recognized in VA state Parks.

As a result of the present law, only Concealed Permit Holders may actually carry, and though I have such rights presently I feel strongly that in the Old Dominion all citizens in good standing ought to be able to possess legal firearms for sporting and self-defense purposes.
