This simple and modest amendment now makes so much more sense for responsible Citizens of Virginia, especially those who love the outdoors, and wish to protect their own lives and families if needed!

Please enact the proposed amendment to 4VAC10-30-170, which allows for the otherwise lawful carry of firearms and ammunition in state forests!  

This amendment also brings state forests into alignment with state parks, national parks, and national forests.  This greatly simplifies these issues for both Law Enforcement and Citizens!
