Please enact the proposed amendment to 4AC10-30-170 which allows for otherwise lawful carry of firearms and ammunition in Virginia state forests. This amendment will bring the state forests into line with Virginia state parks, US national parks, and national forests, ending a patchwork of confusing gun laws.
