I write in support of the proposed amendment to 4VAC10-30-170, which not only greatly simplifies the language, but also allows the lawful carry of firearms of all types, both open and concealed, in state forests.  This is already in effect for state parks, national parks, national forests,  and, for that matter, everyday walking on Virginia streets, so there's no good reason not to do it for the state forests, too. 

Please enact this amendment as soon as possible!
