I am writing to urge you to keep Virginia in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. Climate change is a major threat to human security in general, and specifically to Virginia with regard to sea level rise along our coasts. We must do all we can to limit greenhouse gas emissions to reduce catastrophic climate change.
