as much as possible, energy sources should be non polluting and de-centralized.  why take power from off shore and send it to the far southwest when the old strip mines can be used for solar panels and wind turbines?

allow people to sell power they produce ro the local company.  pay  in money, not "credits" that are not transferable.

use hemp for fuel, buildings, and whatever else it can be used for. nuture the hemp industry.
