As an LCSW in Virginia, I do not support this petition. This will only increase the level of gate keeping and racial and economic disparities within the profession. The recent release of the data from ASWB shows clear bias in testing protocols that must be addressed. Our code of ethics calls on us to eliminate such barriers, not implement more of them. I do not support this petition.
