Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
Virginia needs to stand behind LGBTQ+ rights, and that starts with students in our public school system. I hope Virginia steps up and sets an example for the rest of the United States. Let us not follow in the footsteps of Florida and Ron DeSantis.
