Please do not establish these speech restrictions as drafted on our public schools. 

"sexually explicit materials" is too general a term, which includes whole categories of people as drawn now.  Our schools already have policies and procedures regarding curriculum and library materials that are adequate without these seriously extreme and anti-free-speech policies.
