Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
Acknowledging that LGBTQ+ people exist is not pornography nor is it grooming. These people exist and no one is trying to recruit them and the damage you are doing to kids trying to make them feel like there is something wrong with them is shameful.
