Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
I support the model policy because I believe in the parental right to make decisions with respect to their children. To erode these kind of rights undermines families and erodes child protections.
