Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
Who will be determining and monitoring what material is available? Will there be different levels of material for different student grade levels? Will the policy be more specific than what is proposed? Currently, the guidance is very vague.
