Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).

Strongly support draft guidance on sexually explicit teachings
 

This guidance document returns control of teaching sexually explicit materials to parents.  They have the responsibility to raise their children with the moral code they wish.  It is not the responsibility of the state or school system. This why more and more are turning to home schooling.
