This is a ridiculous law to enact considering parents already have this right. This is government overreach and enacting a duplicate law for something that is already in place. Parents have always had the right to review and request alternatives for any material that their child is interacting with. Also, define "sexually explicit": to one person that might mean one thing while it means something completely different to another person.
This is "big government" at its worst; is the government trying to become a nanny state?
