The definition of "sexually explicit" is ridiculously vague. By this definition "any description...of sexual excitement" could be applied to most of popular literature, music, classical literature, sex education and more.  Also, how much extra staff and time will be required by already understaffed and resourced schools to provide materials to parents, read and react to their comments? I see no provision for funding to cover this waste of time and energy.
