Aside from the obvious detrimental impacts on our students, our lawmakers are again failing to see what impact this kind of law will have on businesses and highly skilled employees thinking of locating in Virginia. We have already lost our first place rating for places to do business. This law shows that we are moving backwards. I'm saddened but not surprised that my State Senator was the sponsor.
