oppose strongly

I oppose this bill as it seeks to codify what books and materials teachers and librarians are able to make available to students.  Who determines what is sexually explicit?  To some people discussing their periods with girls is inappropriate in health class, or LGBTQ issues, or issues regarding the transgender community. .  All these are facts of life and should be discussed with students in an appropriate way during literature class or health class.   This will help create a truly compassionate society.
