Helpful document

This document gives clear information to schools in Virginia on proper implementation of this new state law.  It is important that parents be notified when explicit materials are being used in classrooms.  This law protects both the school systems and the child, by placing responsibility on the parents to decide if their child is ready for such information.  Children mature at very different rates and there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to education.  I supported the bill before it became law and I approve of this document.
