As a parent, teaching my child about the morals of sexual behavior is completely a parental right.  As such, I fully support parental notification whenever any sexual related content will be presented.

I also would like strict guidelines for Virginia schools regarding what constitutes sexual content, to include any mention of LGBTQ+, Pride, same sex couples, etc. to be included as these have strict moral guidance within our family religion and moral upbringing. I would like any guidelines to include any even indirectly related sexual content to err on the side of parental consent to the materials presented.

I would prefer that any and all teaching be strictly contained within FLE teaching, with materials presented, scripts presented, and parental opt out (or preferably, parental opt in) to the teachings. With zero tolerance of sexual teaching (including LGBTQ teaching, or conversations) outside of FLE.  I believe this is how sexual content has always been in Virginia, however somehow it seems schools and teachers have been skirting the FLE laws and presenting materials, LGBT and Pride flags and materials outside of FLE which is intolerable.

Please represent parental rights within all school curricula. Please make the guidance clear about any and all conversation or materials being banned unless parental consent is given.
