Agree with other comments regarding inconsistencies in expectations including referral sources for community stabilization, approval time, frequent changes overall negatively impacting opportunity to provide an essential service are resulting in a heavy burden on clinicians and the community.
Creating more barriers to accessing community stabilization additionally continues to leave families cycling through different systems in crisis, creating more stress and trauma for families and other providers/agencies involved rather than having clear and obtainable stabilization service through community stabilization to start the stabilization support we are intended to provide.
24/7 in-person response expectation is not a realistic lift for the current workforce and can continue to be addressed in the mean time with collaboration with others and prevention planning with families.
