Given the large number of comments that are almost universally in favor of dumping this ridiculous regulation, I won't take much more of your time.  If you want to see my previous comments on the first draft of the proposed permanent reg and then when they did the 7 day comment period for a few slight amendments, you can look them up and I still stand by all of them.  But mostly I want to say thank you for moving to repeal this ridiculous and over-reaching regulation and letting businesses (and employees) be free again.
