Unless EVERYONE is wearing a properly fitted N95 mask, they are worthless.  Neither masks or vaccines are 100% effective despite what we were less to believe.  It's simply theater at this point. It's time for everyone to have the option to wear a mask or not weat a mask...EVERYONE.....teachers,  medical office employees,  restaurant staff,  retail...ALL of us. And,  it should not be an option for an owner or manager to dictate otherwise.
