It is absolutely ridiculous that mask mandates continue in schools for staff, while students have the option to breathe freely. At this point, masks are causing more negative mental health effects than they are protecting from illness. If you want people to willingly wear them if community transmission spikes, you have to get rid of them when levels are low.
