Masks do not work, and that is factual,  especially given that most wear cloth masks. Medical office employees have been forced to be vaccinated.  We've also been forced to wear masks for 2 years now. We've sacrificed, and we've been there. Every. Single.  Day. Never once did we close down.  We're weary. Morale is terrible.  Good people are leaving the profession because they see no end to the masks. Please, please allow Medical offices to stop wearing masks.
