Now that parents have a right to chose whether their children wear a mask or not it makes absolutely no sense for teachers and school staff to be mandated to wear them. There are no peer reviewed studies that indicate masks lower transmission rates of Covid 19 in schools. It hinders children’s learning when they can’t properly hear their teacher or see their facial expressions. Please do the right thing and end the mask mandate for educators.
