I know, many will argue this Guidance Document is not largely influenced by CRT. Many, many of us do not agree. One way to help the dialogue is to facilitate a public debate on the Document. This is important and should not be decided by a few bureaucratic elites with big salaries and lopsided points of view. This is what is wrong in this country at the present time and is going to lead to disaster.
