Other vaccines required for public schools have been subjected to multiyear studies in order to determine safety and efficacy.  These mRNA vaccines have not.  There are no long term multiyear studies on these shots.  It is not ethical to require an injection of a substance that has no long term safety data.  Neither staff nor students should be required to get this shot as a condition of education/employment.  No one should be coerced into getting a vaccine.
