It appears HB1090 passing was just the beginning to making VDH all powerful. No to all mandates.

So VDH wants to mandate vaccines for everyone eligible and make it nearly impossible for anyone else to receive exemptions. Just because you intend to keep medical exemptions available doesn’t actually mean that doctors will use them even if they believe they’re necessary to protect one’s health. Why, you ask? Because it puts an unnecessary target on that doctor’s back. All-knowing VDH, or another authoritarian state agency, will swoop in and discredit any doctor giving more than a number they see fit. This has happened in other states, and worse, taking away doctors’ licenses for simply looking out for their own patients’ well-being. Why wouldn’t it happen here too?

Not only that, but safety trials for these experimental injections are not even complete until 2023. The FDA approving one of these does not make it safe and effective for everyone (the FDA also approved VIOXX and look how that worked out).

Where there is risk, there must be choice. And there is plenty of risk in this case. No to mandates and no to removal of exemptions.

It’s interesting, the majority of comments on here are those not wanting your mandates implemented. Will you actually listen to we the people or do you just allow public comment so we think our voices actually matter to you?
