Where there's risk, there must be choice! Parents should be able to make this decision alongside their doctor.  My daughter is developmentally delayed because of vaccines (verified by MD's) and I was injured from a flu shot (I've had numbness in my arm for the past 8 years, ever since getting the shot!!)  Something that is not 100% safe for EVERYONE, cannot be mandated!!
