Vaccinated people are catching and passing on COVID just like unvaccinated folks. A health mandate of any sort is immortal and this vaccine isn't going to end the pandemic - it's not tested enough and there have been way too many examples of vaccinated people dying and suffering from unexpected side effects. With a survival rate of over 95% for adults and 99% for kids, it's absolutely absurd to mandate a vaccine that has rapidly diminishing effects and provides fewer/weekend antibodies than you would get from just catching and recovering from COVID.
