NO to Vaccine Mandates

I strongly oppose any vaccine mandates, especially where my children are involved. I am not comfortable or willing to inject something into my child's body that I do not know what is in it or what side effects it could carry that could cause undue harm to them now or in the future. The vaccine does not protect one from getting the virus, nor does it protect those vaccinated from spreading the virus. The facts and statistics speak for themselves on that. I also believe that it should be each individual's right to make the decision for themselves as to whether they will be vaccinated or not and even more so for their children. As a parent, it is my job to protect my children from things that can harm them and I view this as not being any different. If it were to cause harm or issues to my children, are you going to be there to help take care of them financially, emotionally, physically, etc.? I know the answer to that is no, absolutely not. Therefore, I do not think you should have a say in my parenting decision or life decisions.

Lastly, what happened to the LAND OF THE FREE?!?! We are supposed to be a FREE country, FREE to make our own decisions. Mandating anything on America's citizens is taking their freedom away and violating ALL of their rights.
