I feel as the choice to get vaccinated or not should be up to an adult.  I am not opposed to the vaccine but I do not believe it should be mandated.  If one takes the vaccine or not they still are succeptible to catching the virus as well as spreading the virus.  The current vaccines do not prevent someone from getting Covid 19, they may reduce the symptoms.  From what I have seen healthy children bounce back fast from being exposed to the virus.  My two boys 12 and 16 had it back in December of 2020.  They had flu like symptoms but after about 3 days were back to normal.  I had it at the same time and it took me about 2 weeks to get over it and it was very hard on me.  I do not see the benefit of mandating something that does not keep someone from contracting the virus, especially in healthy children.
