No vaccine mandate

There should not be a vaccine mandate put in place for school employees. There is data proving those who have contracted COVID-19 have natural antibodies, which are effective in fighting off the virus, if they were to be exposed again. People who are vaccinated can still contract AND spread COVID-19. Therefore, if I have natural antibodies that can fight off the virus, what more is the vaccine doing for me to limit the spread of COVID-19? In addition, there is a multitude of people who have strongly held religious beliefs. Putting a vaccine mandate in place and declining any religious exemption is absurd, not to mention, unconstitutional. If you don't want your child around people who politely decline the vaccine (for their own legitimate health, religious, or any other PERSONAL reason), take YOUR child out of public schools and homeschool. Just because someone is uncomfortable with another persons individual choice, does NOT mean they can force something onto that person.
