Vaccination of children is the choice of their parents, not the government. It is unproven in this age range.  It's one thing to make vaccines readily available to those wishing to be immunized but to mandate something for all of this scope is entirely different (and a breach of personal liberty.)  As a parent of children in school and licensed Virginia biology teacher I adamently oppose any such legislation.
