I am an employee of a VA school division who feels it is unconstitutional to make it mandatory for employees or students to be vaccinated for covid or any other virus.  It should not be a requirement for your job or to attend school.  The recovery rate is over 99% for most individuals and this mandate would not take into account those who have already recovered from covid as well as those who have religious reasons as to why they don't want to take it. The school systems are already lacking teachers and this mandate would cause an even greater amount of teacher positions to become vacant.  This will most definitely cause the education of VA students to suffer even more than they already have since the start of this pandemic! Please do not do this! Not to mention the potential lawsuits you would open yourself up to.
