No to mandate--dangerous precedent

Though i myself am vaccinated, i do not believe the government should have the ability to mandate vaccines.  This should be a personal choice and right of an individual person and family to be vaccinated or not.  My body is not owned by the state, government, or anyone else.  I am responsible for my body as well as have rights to it.  This applies to my children as well.  This mandate sets a very dangerous precedent that if 1 group of people in power decides for all people what the opinions and inclinations they value should be upheld.  When there are areas of differing convictions, the role of government is to allow for the choice and freedom of the individual in the exercising of those convictions, not forcing all the submit to the convictions of the current people in power.
