To whom it may concern,

I respectfully request that you stop trying to force anyone to inject a substance into our veins in order to stay employed. As representatives of all tax-paying citizens (no matter our political affiliation), you're not living out your creed of being open-minded and considering everyone's concerns. Please consider that your mandate seriously appears biased in the least and frighteningly controlling like Big Brother.

If you truly care about the public school system, please consider making better use of your time weeding out academically unqualified teachers who don't care; recruiting and creating incentives for fabulous teachers to teach core curriculum so our kids would actually learn to read and write; teaching realistic skills to high schoolers to earn a living for themselves upon graduation; and please enforce strict regulations about violence and psychotic outbursts beginning with kindergartners so our children feel safe when they come to school. For the last 20 years I've worked as a state educator from the public university to the public elementary school as a professor/teacher, down in the floor with the abused and neglected kids as well as the privileged ones. This vaccine is an unnecessary distraction from their education; you're cutting your own nose off despite your face because you will further limit your ability to hire great employees; and much worse, find capable and qualified substitute teachers.

Most importantly, we still live in a democratic nation. For those state employees who claim to follow Christ only: If any VA government worker claims to be a follower of Christ and is supporting this enforcement, please return to your Bible and repent of joining up with Dictator-like behavior.  Pull yourselves from the fire and consider not participating in acts that mirror one world and religious order that Jesus warned John about in the book of Revelation. When you base the ability to earn money on having the vaccine, you are coming dangerously close to supporting the final mark of the Beast that will occur during the Tribulation. Do you realize whose hand you are playing into by enforcing this vaccine and threatening the ability to keep employment?

I could not do your job. It must be difficult. I am praying for all of you. For those government workers who claim to be Christians: Please, please submit yourselves to Jesus Christ and ask for His guidance about this vaccine issue before jumping on any secular government bandwagon. We are to be in the world but not of it.
