Honestly, I can't believe I have to write such a comment in the United States of America. This country was founded on the concept of individual liberty. The commonwealth of Virginia was among the first champions of this idea, and this proposal flies in the face of all that this state - and indeed our country - were founded on.

The amorality of any mandate that impede's an individual's right to maintain agency over their own body should be immediately clear to any reasonable person, especially in a state (this one especially, among others) where "my body, my choice" has been a political statement used to justify the passage of other laws (to wit: late-term abortion).

I see that almost nine thousand people have commented on this so far, and it appears that the majority are opposed to this measure. If you're reading this, you should be aware that many people are already contemplating leaving the state over the suggested passage of this draconian, Marxist, and innately evil violation of an individual's ability to manage their own body.

It's an understandable sentiment to wish or want everyone to behave in a certain way to achieve a desired outcome for society. However, things like tolerance and "inward behavior" cannot be mandated or dictated in any free or civil society, more especially this of ours.

This should absolutely be stricken from the docket, as any related consideration such as the infringement of individuals' ability to conduct interstate commerce or travel.
