No health emergency is ever a constitutional or moral ground for forcing or coercing someone to undergo a medical treatment, whether to treat an active disease or to prevent one. Would you force a cancer patient to undergo chemo if he refused it, wanting to live life on his own terms? Mandating vaccines and imposing punishment for refusal (i.e., unpaid leave and job termination) is a clear violation against the sovereign liberty of the individual to make their own health decisions. Dictatorship has no place in Virginia or in America.
