The vaccines are causing harm and not delivering on their promise.  But, even if they worked, I am nor comfortable with the government requiring me to submit to a medical treatment that has potentially-harmful side effects.  

And yes, it is a "choice," but when the "choice" is long one's career, that is a close to no choice as possible.
