If we want to follow the science, the children that are getting sick are not getting sick long or severely. More importantly, the vaccine itself is not showing to even provide immunity. I have had many close friends and family members get sick after receiving the vaccine. This will not stop the quarantining. It will only infringe upon those that choose not to vaccinate themselves. Those who feel that this is the best choice for their families can get vaccinated, giving them the added protection they feel will keep them healthy. By not vaccinating the entire school system it does not make anyone less safe. Those who are vaccinated can still get and give the virus.
