I am opposed to a vaccine mandate for Virginia schools. It tramples upon the rights of children, parents, and school employees to determine what is best for their bodies and beliefs, especially this proposed vaccine mandate which has no religious exemption and therefore intrudes unjustly upon the rights of people of faith to determine what is best for their bodies based on their sincerely held religious beliefs. This proposed mandate also is government overreach and  Intrudes upon the rights of private schools to make their own policy in this area.
