Public education is for the “public” and a minority that refuse to be vaccinated have other learning options available. This group should not continue to be able to put the entire public at risk by having this virus continue to mutate and new variants pop up. We are being told by our health experts that without high vaccination rates the virus continues to spread and mutate so long as it has individuals to infect.
