Since the mRNA gene therapies are experimental, any coercion or “mandate” to force someone to be injected with this technology is a direct violation of Catholic teaching as well as the Nuremberg Code. This Code was developed in 1947 to protect patients from medical experimentation, stating as its first declaration that “the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.” The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith’s own guidelines:
