I'm a 10th grade student and oppose vaccine mandates.  I am not anti-vax...I've had all my other vaccinations, I just don't feel comfortable taking the covid vaccines whenever no one knows what their long term effects might be.  My father got vaccinated and experienced adverse effects...he had his second shot of Moderna in April and still has swollen. painful lymph nodes under his arms.  He was actually referred to an oncologist and has spent over $2000 to have various tests and scans done to monitor for cancer.  

The fact is that the Covid vaccines do not prevent infection or transmission of the virus.  If people want to get vaccinated, that's their right, but I should have the right to choose for myself.
