Vaccines reduce risk of infection and death for all populations.  Once COVID-19 vaccines have full FDA approval for a specific age group, their use should be a prerequisite for the use of publicly-funded resources, like schools, for individuals in that age group.  This is consistent with existing vaccine requirements for school entry and is an effective way to reduce viral reservoirs in the community.
