As vaccines are becoming FDA authorized and available for more children, it is crucial that school's require all children without an underlying medical condition that would prevent them, to get vaccinated against COVID 19. The only way out of the pandemic is to get as many people vaccinated as possible to curb the spread of the virus and prevent possible further and more deadly mutations. It is also been proven to be the most effective way to prevent hospitalization and death from COVID. Children are required to get other vaccines in order to attend school for the health and wellbeing of themselves and their fellow students and staff, this should be no different .  Masks should also continue to be required indoors in all school districts as well , especially among the youngest students, to curb spread.
