I support individuals choosing to not get vaccinated. However, they should hold no space in schools. Those who *WON’T* get vaccinated negatively impact those who can’t because there is not an approved vaccine for children. Yet. 
If you don’t want to protect the greater good, working in a school is the wrong place for you. There’s a robust job market out there. Find something better suited to not spreading diseases to vulnerable children. We can’t ignore this or mask our way out. Vaccines eradicated dozens of diseases and viruses before they became an imagined nefarious plot. It is the government’s job to protect public health, and requiring vaccines, like seatbelts and helmets, is a common sense solution. 
700,000 Americans have died. This isn’t rocket science.
