Absolutely not

To mandate that covid 19 vaccination of children be mandatory, and to overrule the choice of parents in the matter of covid 19 vaccination, is absolutely wrong, and furthermore it would be shameful.  Parents have the right to make this decision and protect their child from the many potential health risks that covid 19 vaccination can pose.  The human race  has only been dealing with covid 19 for a short period of time, and we do not understand the long term consequences of these vaccinations as of yet.  Forcing covid 19 vaccination is not going to bring about the cure of covid 19.  Covid 19, like the flu and the common cold, are now an unfortunate illness that the human race must come to terms with.  At risk individuals should take precautions as to not be exposed, as they do with the flu and other illnesses.  Covid 19 vaccination is not a cure, and at best only provides short term effects.  Vaccinated individuals can still be infected by covid 19 during the short term vaccination coverage period.  If this is not a cure, and vaccinated individuals can still be infected why must we expose our children to the possibility of serious negative health consequences in the form of vaccination side affects that the covid 19 vaccines pose?    Parents have the right to protect their child.  Denying the parents of the children whom reside in Virginia the freedom and obligation to protect their children will only serve as a justification for greater abuses of families in the future.  Make no mistake, mandating the vaccination of children against the will of their parents, should not be considered and has no place here.
